is the a problem in York

hi there

im away from home and discovered I can't connect to any of the smart devices at home today

are there any issues with the york service

I've taken a look for you. 

There is no outage, no fault and I can see your circuit is in sync, there is just no PPP session. 

Normally a reset kicks this back into play - is anyone at home to do this?

no unfortunately not

there is now way I can power cycle it remotely will just have to hope it recovers I guess
