Im now getting a massive 19999 when I was two months ago getting twice that
Iv had a enginer visit apperntly no faults
Im currently paying for a service which latley is unfit for the purpose..

Hi, Sorry to see you're having problems with your connection. I can see you had a fault open in July/August and this closed when we requested a follow-up engineer visit but didn't receive a reply.
As the speeds are still low it's likely to require an engineer visit to correct the issue. I'll get the new fault ticket picked up asap.

Ok tx chris .the problem had fixed itself but seems to of gotten worse latley .
My speeds would be a lot better if i was connected to the fibre box 10 feet over the road instead of using the one about a mile away,but there is not much you can do about that I suppose bt had some logic there ..
