for the past week my internet speed is below the promised minimum and is also very intermittant.
for example: when browsing either webpages do not load and i have to refresh or select 'try again'. when they do load the speed is very slow.
i have reset my router, as advised on the plusnet website. i tried calling tech support, but was directed to post on here.
i would be grateful for prompt resolution for this issue.
