internet/router keeps disconnecting

Hi,

Having problems at the moment with the router constantly disconnecting, making working from home rather tricky...

Please help Smiley

Hi @jackevo,

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with the connection. I've reviewed your account and we can see that the connections started to drop out recently, though our line tests aren't detecting any specific faults. Have you had the chance to carry out any troubleshooting steps on your end of things? If not, I'd recommend setting the router up in the test socket in the property to see if the connection stabilizes. For reference, we've got a guide on how to do this here.
