internet keeps disconnecting

so far today been kicked off internet 3 times since 9am and noise on phone line while internet down which clears when internet back on

had a problem yesterday afternoon when it down for 10 mins with noise on landline which cleared when internet back up

Do what I did, and report a fault on your landline.

If you go to the BT page, there is a section where they test your line and offer you an option to send an engineer out.

All you can do is disconnect all extensions first (to rule them out being the problem), and just have one thing plugged into the master socket.

done that and said no fault on line as the internet was working and only get noisy landline when internet down

don't think had any drop outs since this morn

Sorry to hear you've had drops in connection.

From what I can see it was dropping but now appears to be stable as shown below

Our tests aren't showing any cause for this either.

If the drops continue I'd recommend raising a fault here

had no drop outs since

speed down a little 1-2mbs

otherwise seams ok
