as usual I login to the service status through my trusty phone's internet sharing and see everything is running fine
connection has been droping off a few times today it seems, since 6 o clock nothing, good times!
been getting this in my router log, not sure if it means anything but figured I should post see if it gets any attention

Back up now, noticed my max line speed has increased too, this time I'm impressed how quickly it seems to.of been sorted after raising a ticket

If you could please, its down again today, tried rebooting, line syncs, sometimes connects but no internet access, get assigned an ip, but mostly syncs and keeps trying to connect

Just checked the other threads, didn't realise, looking at this forum from my phone so tend to just check the one thread, not sure I feel better that other people are having the same issues or just regret from switching from sky (neighbours on sky fibre still working fine)

I've just checked over your connection to be on the safe side and I can't see any issues, you have an ongoing connection (for over 24hrs).
So everything's fine from our point of view in relation to yourself but do feel free to drop us a reply again here if you start to see any further problems.
