internet connection dropouts

had this issue ever since i signed upto plusnet a few weeks ago. 

you sent a openreach engineer out who found a  slight issue outside of the house.

been on holiday for a week and have come back to the connection dropping out.

there is nothing wrong with the house wiring its all been tested.

not happy with this service one bit, my previous providers were all fine.
