intermittent internet fault - slow speeds - unable to to use

Hello

I have been having intermittent periods where my internet speeds drop to a level where I am unable to even stream off a single device.

As i'm currently working from home this is now an issue as my family are unable to stream anything consistently while I have my laptop connected. I have reset my router and all devices but the issue keeps coming back.

I have tried to get in touch but the lines are going to voicemail and online chat is unavailable - please can someone get in touch with me. Thank you

Same issue. Started about a week ago. Has there been a new firmware download ?

last time this happened it made a complete mess of our connections

to be fair it's been ongoing for months but now it's preventing me from actually working...

have attached a screenshot of wifi speeds... unlimited fibre extra...
