intermittent internet drop out

Came back from holiday on the 2nd and the internet has been pretty bad, the sppeds when connected are what I would get on average but the connection keeps dropping, in games every few minutes i get a connection drop for a second or 2 which pretty much ruins any online gaming experience and through last night it kept dropping out for minutes so any when watching any streaming video or browsing I have to sit until the internet comes back.

Resetting the router brings it back on.

Sorry to hear you're having issues.

We're definitely seeing your connection dropping very frequently.

Our tests are showing a high resistance problem on the line:

"Potential HR Joint detected on GEA service. Please continue to submit a trouble report"

I've raised this with our suppliers for further investigation and we'll update you when we know more.

This should be within the next 3 working days.
