Hi,
I recently had a couple of issues with the power in my house which have now been resolved. Due to the connection going up and down a bit, it looks like interleaving might be on, could this be checked, and if it's on could it be switched off?

If it's fibre broadband then no. PlusNet have no control over it. Interleaving will be removed as/when/if DLM thinks your line has been good for long enough. That can take anything up to two or three weeks.
