I have tested the following sites and they have all worked perfectly for me.
www.blu-ray.com
www.nexusmods.com
www.thesecretworld.com
Just want to hear back from others to see if it has all been fixed. So far so good though.

The sites are loading fine for me now.

www.thesecertworld.com and nexusmods.com still have the issue for me, just left at a white screen not loading anything up until either timeout or a few mins and a bit of text from the page might appear.
As per before, if I use VPN and go on www.thesecretworld.com or without VPN and use https://www.thesecretworld.com instead those load up instantly.

Just tried TSW game itself because I know there's a couple of 14.9mb and 20mb patches today.  Both of these either stalled or reduced to downloading literally a few bytes/second via Plusnet so that issue is still there.  Tried 3 times and same each time.  Loaded up a VPN and tried and the patches were downloaded in seconds as it should be via an FTTC connection.
Checked www.thesecretworld.com, nexusmods.com, and www.blu-ray.com while the VPN was loaded and all 3 websites loaded instantly, turned off VPN and tried again and they each stalled on a white screen or loaded a few bits of the front page only.

Just another update. www.blu-ray.com and the forum are loading very slow at the moment, still seems to be having issues establishing a connection to hwcdn.

Nexusmod is kind of working, slow and won't load a lot of the pics though.  Downloading anything from there with the mod manager is 99% nope though.

I was shunted onto a gaming thread with the NexusMods problem which I think was a bit naff. It's a connection problem, not a flaming GAME problem    >:(.    Please get this sorted PlusNet - I pay to use the Nexus site!!!!

Can confirm that it has broke again.
When I tested this morning at 10:14 am the websites were working perfectly.
