Well my bill was due today. My direct debit hasn't gone out so I have logged on to pay. No option avalible. PLUS already restrictions on my account. Sick to death of this service now. Always put restrictions on on bill day. Then having no option to pay it until overdue. Absulostely takes the mick

Sorry to hear this.

From what I can see you're only in day 2 of failed payment which means that you should just see a splash screen and bypass this by clicking on a button that says something along the lines of "I acknowledge this notice and continue browsing".

However I've removed this temporary restriction now so you shouldn't see it again unless your next payment fails too.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.

It was due on the 17th. I've been trying to pay. There's no option to pay on your site. How do you expect me to pay

I think this may be a new "unwanted feature" to add to the list?

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Can you please clear all cookies and caches on your web browser, before accessing our webpage.

 

Please also check to see if you have any 'Pop-up blockers' enabled on your browser that is restricted access.

 

It is also worth trying to use an alternative web browser.

I'm still getting the same. I've tried in multiple devices also. Getting fed up now. Always having problems.

If you are unable to pay online we would advise calling in to customer services to make payment.

Can Customer Services take a payment if the account is not in failed billing?  There have been conflicting responses on this subject in the past.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
