Hey, I have the 40MB service and am thinking of upgrading to the new 80MB as my lines supports the top speeds, how long does it take ? stupid question but I dont need to wait ages do I as its surely just a case of Plusnet changing my IP Profile which would take seconds to do ? Been trying to call customer service about this for 7 days now and every time the wait is over 30 minutes.. Cheers
Hi there, As this would involve a change of account type too (to Unlimited Fibre Extra) we'd need to schedule it to take place on your next billing date. Luckily that's only a few days away now. You can set this up yourself via a <a href="https://portal.plus.net/upgrade_process.html?memberheader=upgrade">product change</a> on the member centre.
