how do i enable 5GHz

my hub one router wont enable 5GHz. Ive also got red light on wireless. Are these linked? 

I've tried reset a few times but no luck. 

any ideas welcome.

Is it switched on in Advance wifi Settings, see here? https://community.plus.net/t5/My-Router/Hub-One-wifi-on-off-switch/m-p/1425316#M2870

If so it sounds like a dead router.
