high ping on wired/broadband randomly going limited

Since i'm a PC gamer, ping is important to be low and stable which is why i use wired instead of wireless connection.I'ts been fine for nearly year, however recently at random times my ping will increase up to 400 for about 10 minutes and then goes back down again. Also, the broadband randomly goes limited for a while then goes back to connected (not just for my PC but all devices). This is slowly ruining my gaming/online experience so i need to know whats causing the issues ASAP

Are you using the PN router ?

Yes i'm using the PN router

This is located in City Lifeline House.

Unfortunately PN gateways BNG are fairly bad for gaming , Try rebooting router from the router web page if you lucky you may get a better connection

I rebooted my router and so far my ping and broadband is stable  Thanks for the help
