hi internet droping out

new to plus net though I give it a bash but I have one problem with it the internet keeps dropping out between 6pm-10pm I understand get slow at certain times but it should not drop out not really I mean I use to use virgin media and I never had drop out then so why with plus net

Below is a visual image of your disconnections. As you mentioned there are quite a few showing up, mainly in the evenings. Is there anything local that might happen around the times the drops occur? Heating coming on, street lights turning on etc? If they continue I'd run through https://faults.plus.net
