Re: hi all not happy bunny

Hi there,

That is far from normal. I have just signed up with Plusnet and my service has gonne live on the 12th of September.

I have been in contact with Plusnet pretty much everyday since my service has gonne live regarding my speed. I am averaging around 8MB on a daily basis. Right now I'm just about getting around 1MB. The service so far is appaling absolutely regret switching to Plusnet.

Re: hi all not happy bunny

If there's a problem with your service, it might be worth getting in touch so we can help resolve it for you. You can raise a fault online at https://faults.plus.net and we'll do some investigation and get back to you with our findings.

Re: hi all not happy bunny

If there's a problem, why not raise a fault as I mentioned previously, it's best that our faults team have the chance to investigate the issue and work with you to resolve it.

I asked you previously if you'd raised an issue with us using the Fault Checker and you stated that you hadn't.

If you have, can you post your Ticket/Question ID here so I can help you?
If you haven't, can you head to https://faults.plus.net and fill that form out so we can help you?

Re: hi all not happy bunny

hi

when u wait a month for dodgy internet (as stated my old asdl lone was quicker) and on the phone for ages to hear the same answers. the connection today is useless..so you can imagine not a happy customer

I am worried bout connecting as is takes ages just to load my homepage

so if  people can sort if would be great and I have not heard or seen any work being done to correct fault

cheers

@micktheraven Have you actually read any of the replies in this thread from @Pettitto ?  Perhaps you could help to resolve the problem you say you are having by actually following the advice given.
