hey there

ok just came over from ee after 6 yrs ..

now yes it's still day one but the speeds are lower Sad  boo hoo I know

it will take a few days to settle down  but the upload is only around 7mb yikes !!!

just to let you know on ee I was doing 66mb upload and 18mb download ..

we will se how it go's .. but lets hope it sorts itself out soon as I'm having major lag issues as well

4 gamers in the house all wired  wifi is for phones Smiley

wired the 3 TV's and phones are wifi

but the 4 pc's are wired we all game from dota 2 to civ6 Smiley

strange .. ? I might just plug the draytek in and see if it's the router

No worries, keep us posted. If you're still experiencing speed problems, Can you run a BT speedtest at http://www.speedtest.btwholesale.com using a wired connection, completing the further diagnostics at the end? This will store the result on the supplier system and will help us in reporting a fault to our suppliers.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
