Seams to have done the trick that chris, can we get it above 60 ? or is this looking at the fatest we can get now?
Also chris can u see if theres going to be a charge because in our support ticket it said a £60 charge might be added, somthing im against as the first engineer didnt do the job correctly and gave us wrong information.

Hmm, the test I've just done is showing a full 80Mb sync not the 63 the engineer showed.
I'm going to tweak the profile on our side again, can you do the same disconnect/reconnect and let me know what the speed looks like after that?

Very unlikely, we actively check any engineer fees before putting them on an account, any we don't think are valid we will dispute.
