hello new customer

since i have just come off virgin media finally got new line put in my house did test to see what internet i could get says 60 download and 10 upload  on plusnet

for the first two days i was getting 60  then its now dropped to 40 and seems to be getting lower everyday 

 

even with the plusnet modem was same but changed it to  

 

draytek modem plugged in to netduma

Well least I know never come back to plusnet if I have problems no one responds

Hi there, 

I've just been looking into this and it seems that a period of repeat disconnections has caused DLM (dynamic line management)  to lower the speed profile automatically. The system works the same way in reverse, as you've had a stable connection for over 24 hours I would expect speeds to improve over the next couple of days.

Yeah cause I keep getting red b  cause won't auto sign me in to the broadband so it did that about first 9 days but added the draytek modem and netduma but just speeds low

speed has dropped even more now Angry really am starting not to like this service i came to plusnet cause i got told are have good internet so far nothing but problems but cant leave cause you gotta pay fee to leave just want internet that would be good

Sorry to see that's got worse. 

 

On one hand though we can see the reason for it as the line has started disconnecting again and that means we can get it sorted out for you. 

 

Try following the checks here just to rule out any causes within the home https://goo.gl/tu2WWu

 

Once done and if that's still an issue report a fault over at http://faults.plus.net and let me know when you have so I can make sure we get working on it.

ok done it hopefully we can get it sorted cause its brand new line put in the internet downstairs which is plusnet as well is getting 60 meg i cant get close to that
