This forum keeps giving me error messages cannot upload will see if this uploads

I uploaded files for you my internet has been cutting out all day some times every 3 mins again nothing is hardwired to modem there are three phones a laptop and a mainframe running off it at different times there are no phone lines connected only the incoming one .

Its just a standard home computer was running hard wired to hub but now disconnected and running wireless to eliminate its not cable thats at fault
