Assuming you used the right IP address and that your internet connection is working, the solid red block may mean that your router in not answering the pings sent out by ThinkBroadBand.

Which router are you using as some routers will ignore pings sent to them (eg The Plusnet Hub One)?

Its the PN one, TG582n

It was set at disabled,so i have enabled it now.

When i try to make a new one it says,You are already monitoring this IP address

Well you are monitoring that address and as you've enabled replying to pings on the router, the graph is slowly showing green on the right side as time passes.
