Well, I'm so disappointed with Plusnet already!
I've been a customer for less than a day and my broadband fibre isn't up and running. It should've been switched on before midnight last night and nothing. Zero.
Has anyone else had the same problem as me? If so, did you get it sorted and how long did it take?
The more I think about it the more I get incensed 😡😤

I'm just taking a look at this, and I'll update the thread shortly.
Really sorry to hear that your service isn't up and running yet. Unfortunately it looks like there's an issue at your exchange impacting your order. An engineer is due out to fix this and we're hoping that you'll go live today, however I've noted your account and I'll check back tomorrow for you.
