Thanks for getting back to me so quickly @iangilf.
As per your ticket instruction - I've removed the component from our side and so a quick reboot of your router should finalise the removal.
Please let me know if you need any further assistance.

Hi @iangilf,
I've tested your line today and upon review I'm unable to find any faults with the service. Though I appreciate that it isn't the very highest that the line is able to provide, the throughput speed that you're reporting is well within the estimated speed range for your line and as this is the case I'm afraid there isn't anything that we can do to increase the speeds from our end of things.

i will be writing email to the ceo and then go from there showing all these messages from this forum to them from when i first joined plusnet and all threw the time of being with you ive experienced problems over and over

Hello @iangilf,
I am sorry to hear you feel that why and can assure you we are only trying to help. The issue is all the test results are not indicating to what could be causing the problem you are experiencing at your side.
What we can see is that there is data being transferred continuously, can you make sure all devices are removed from your connection/wifi before running a speed test again, and let us know how you get on.

Thanks for the detail.
Unfortunately there isn't anything more we can suggest as line tests aren't showing any issues. It's normal for your throughput to be lower than your sync rate due to the overheads of your connection.
