hi can u nudge my line up please since paying for a static ip address the threwput has gone down to in the 60s so can u possibly nudge this up for me please thanyou other than that the line has been performing ok

anyone know why my snr goes as low as it does when normally it sits at 6.3

A static IP will only affect your throughput if the connection profile on your account is set lower than your IP profile. I can see the connection profile is already set at the maximum of 78mbps.

ok so what threwput should that give over a wired connection and also why isnt it set to 80 meg threwput?

It won't give any more throughput than what your router is in sync at I'm afraid.

my threwput turned to [-Censored-] again can u match my profile to my sync speed please as it cant be right

always happens and even more so on static ip why cant profiles be locked so they dont change shouldnt have to ask for threwput to be matched to sync rate my threwput is 68 i usually get 74 can u sort this please
