Re: gea test to see how things are going

There are a few errors but nothing majorly concerning.

If the drops continue we'd recommend raising a fault here

Hi,

I have done another speed test and its worse. I have attached pics from ookla and BT, also my ip profile seems low?

Re: gea test to see how things are going

@andytay Sorry to hear this.

It looks like your sync speeds have dropped but our tests aren't showing any cause for this.

I'd recommend raising a fault here so we can investigate further

Re: gea test to see how things are going

Hi @iangilf

Thanks for getting back to us.

I've looked into these drops, are we are only seeing one drop in the last 34ish hours - have you noticed more than this at your end?

Can you confirm you've done what Sammy suggested and connected to you internal Test Socket?

Thanks,

MoR

Below is your connection log as we can see from our side. If you are still experiencing issues I would recommend raising a fault here.

Re: gea test to see how things are going

Hi @iangilf,

I've copied the visual of your connection for the last seven days below.

Although I can see two drops in quick succession yesterday the connection has been stable since.

Could you keep an eye on this and let us know whether the drops reoccur/get worse?

Best wishes,

Dave
