gateway changes

anyone else having problem with gateway changes I have had 6 since 12:50 today
had one change on the 7th and one on the 5th of this month
gone about 18 days without a change before this

yup the other day i was auto swapped to a BNG ,,,,  but weird since forum change my post has disappeared

and 2 more times    last night at 22.00 kicked off BNG01 , and now 08.00 just lost connection now on  ptn-ag02.    come on PN what going on

None of the ping graphs on the Community page are showing any issues.
More likely, you're losing sync with the cabinet.

Hi goatty2,
Please see your radius log below, you'll notice a similar amount of disconnections to the changes in gateways you've mentioned. We have been doing some maintenance but it's unlikely to have caused that many drops. Have you noticed any change in the download or upload speed?

As discussed, the drops seem fairly random, have you turned off your equipment at all? At the moment, I think the best thing to do is monitor the connection but if it continues to drop we'll run some further diagnostics.

I've just tested the line and everything seems fine apart from :-
"The firmware loaded onto this modem is not current. Please instruct your customer to power down and then power up the modem again to load the latest firmware version"
When you get chance, power down the modem for a few minutes and then monitor for a couple of days.

I think Luke might have been referring to the Openreach modem, rather than your router/

Had 5 gateway change on  13/08/14
and no change in speed

then the speed slowly went down till

did a ticket and was told after testing there was nothing wrong.
it stopped at that rate till the 7th October and then shot up

just have to wait and see if ispeed goes down again
