frequent disconnections

hi, I have been getting frequent disconnections for weeks, here are my line statistics, usually the upload/download rate is a lot higher, I guess this is due to the current maintenance, possibly part of the problem (usually get nearer 55 mb down):

I have tried for a sustained period with two different routers, both display the same problem, currently I am using a fritzbox 7390

Sorry to hear you're having issues.

Our tests are showing a external fault but as our suppliers systems are down for maintenance until 5pm we can't raise this until then.

I've just retested the line now and it's not finding the same issue.
