hi, I have been getting frequent disconnections for weeks, here are my line statistics, usually the upload/download rate is a lot higher, I guess this is due to the current maintenance, possibly part of the problem (usually get nearer 55 mb down):

I have tried for a sustained period with two different routers, both display the same problem, currently I am using a fritzbox 7390

I've just retested the line now and it's not finding the same issue.
If you continue to have issues I'd advise getting this reported to us as a fault at https://faults.plus.net
