hi new to fibre today. a lot slower than expected= download 28.17 upload 1.87 any one tell me what jitter is? and latency. any help understanding this would be appreciated.

When you placed your order what speed did they tell you?

The upload speed is around what I'd expect, however the download looks a bit lower.
Is that over a wired connnection? If not, can you test over one for me?
