I was getting 38 down and around 11mb up
now the upload speed has dropped to 2mb
Bt performance test confirms it and my contract start date was in May 2015
WHY ?
Fixed! Go to the fix.

Sounds similar to this Upstream-now-appears-to-be-capped-at-2-Mb
But that says that 40/20 was still sold until June 2015
