fibre not working AGAIN
Well have been with plusnet for 2 months and well where do i start ,
superfast fibre should be super mega slow really , So this morning i find that yet again no connection ,
To say 1 Very Unhappy customer would be an understatement , Ive rang up ,Ive sent messages and still not sorted out ,
Must be bad when i have to tether my phone to even get on the net to do my work ,

Unfortunately it looks like you were affected by a major service outage on our suppliers network last night. Testing your line now is showing congestion at the exchange so I'd get that reported to us at http://faults.plus.net
If you can let us know over here once you've raised the fault, we'll make sure this is progressed with our suppliers.
