fibre installed, bt wholesale service page. Please assist

Engineer came this morning said the line was a full 80/20. Connected my tp link wr841n, setup correct dens as shown in my account and pppoe but just keep getting the by wholesale service information page.
Tried my old homehub 3 same result. The fibre modem used is the choice hg612
Please assist

Your account hadn't been activated.
I've sorted this out now but you may need to reboot the router.
