fibre install is it possible to bring the installation date forward.

Hi. Happy christmas to all plusnet staff and forum members!
I'm due to get fibre installed on the 8th Jan 2015. Is it possible to get this done any quicker,  I know people in my village have ordered fibre a few days after me with BT and they are getting it installed before me. If BT are in my area doing installs before the 8th or have anyone cancel an appointment can you see if they can squeeze me in

I believe the only way to change an installation date is to cancel your current one and then see what's available, the risk of doing this is if someone takes the original date and pushes you back even further!

I kinda hoped you could see an upto date list of dates and times
