fibre broadband unlimited is worse than my old supplier

I've been a customer approx 5/6 weeks, during that time, the speed has been nowhere near the advertised speeds, and drops off. Not quite the fantastic package that I was kind of expecting and makes me wonder if I should have stayed with Sky on their basic broadband as this is not better, in fact it's worse!

Can you run a BT Speedtest for me on a wired connection, ensuring you do the further diagnostics test after the first one completes. This stores the results on the supplier system and allows us to use this to report the fault.

Re: fibre broadband unlimited is worse than my old supplier

I'd have expected the bridge tap to have reduced the sync speeds, or caused connection issues if it was a problem. As it hasn't and the problem seems to be the throughput we'd need a BT speedtest completing to see what that shows on a wired connection.
