fibre broadband speed

I upgraded to fibre to get faster broadband speed,

it has remained the same speed

now I get an email from plusnet saying they are going to increase the bb speed, sometime in the future

I just wanted faster speed when I paid for it..

I do not rate plusnet

Our tests aren't showing any issues.

Are you testing the speed over a wired or wireless connection?

The email might be referring to the increase from 38/2 to 38/10. This should be completed by the end of November at NO EXTRA COST.
