fibre broadband been off no internet for a week

my fibre broadband been off a week, try to call customer service so many time
alway call waiting music ,no one answer

broadband hub router no internet connection, orange light on ,red key flashing ,but
land line phone working
please check yours master socket line on your fibre network operators company may be jam or exchange wire loose ?,thanks!!

Thanks for getting in touch @game111game I'm sorry to see you're experiencing connection problems. I can see we've reported a fault to our suppliers yesterday afternoon and we'd expect an update on this within the next 24 to 48 hours.
