it is getting to a point where i cant even watch on iplayer and all that on the internet , i am also deaf so i will require a written reply as cant use phone contact

Apologies for the delayed response and sorry to hear you're having issues.

I've tested your line and I can't find any issues. In addition your current connection has been stable for over seven days.

Can you confirm if you're testing over a wired or wireless connection?

Am using wired connection via router

ii did a scan earlier at 3pm and it showed it back to 35.00 Mbps but tonight now it back really low again - always 5pm onwards it falls down massively please help fix this issue ty
