hi i have just moved from bt to plusnet, when i was with bt i was synced at 80.00mbps but only synced at 73.55mbps now with plusnet. will this go up ?

Hi @Gandalf   I've spotted this issue of 'potential line fault' being reported in several recent posts where Users are changing ISP.  Is this an Openreach problem that needs feeding back?

If I remember correctly it was a battery contact fault we detected on the line and the migration was a straight transfer from BT retail so it appears that it’s just a really big coincidence. 😕
