estimated speed well dropped from original sugeestion

when i joined plusnet  had a possible speed of 60ish meg now im at 47 with estimated 39mb is there something wrong here? should i just go for the lower end product as im not happy?
if im in contract can i renegotiate my deal or do i have to just get a MAC to go elsewhere im aware i can do that even in contract, do i need a MAC to leave Plusnet as there are far better deals available????

From looking at your connection history you've never achieved above 47mbps and testing isn't showing any issues.
