engineer visit no show

After submitting a complaint about my fiber service I finally got a response on 28 Nov and an engineer was booked to visit on 30 Nov. No one showed. I responded on the web support system, but there has been no reply.

Our fiber is getting worse and worse and so is Plus Net Support. It takes weeks to get through and then nothing happens. Its a complete shambles. Very unhappy.
