disconnections

Dear All,

I get disconnected, for a few seconds, for at least once or two times per hour. This makes all my VNC connections to disconnect, and all the works interrupted. The phone line seems to be fine. Also this does not seem to be a wireless issue, because at the same time the colour of the fibre-broadband router changes from blue to orange.  My username is armanes

Hi I think you will find this is a standard PlusNet service you are getting!!

Hi if your confident that it is not a wireless issues and it's defiantly the connection dropping please raise a fault at faults.plus.net

It looks like this was pretty bad on Saturday evening but is fine now, let us know if you have any further issues.

One month on, I am still experiencing the same problem (which is completely random). Can you double check ASAP?
