disconnecting several time a day

I'm again getting constant disconnects for the last 5 days 

it was only a month or two ago i had the same problem and support checked it

Sorry to see you're experiencing disconnections again but I'm sure we can get that sorted. 

 

I've just been running tests on your line which don't show any obvious causes for that so it would be best to try following the checks here next:

Back to getting disconnected again seem a regular thing

Thanks for getting back to us.

If you've tried plugging your router into the test socket as explained Here I'd suggest reporting a fault to us at http://faults.plus.net so we can arrange an engineer to investigate further. Let us know how it goes.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.

every two weeks on a Saturday i get disconnections

Hi @unclesid,

 

I'm sorry to hear that this issue is still ongoing. I've tested your line, however the test still isn't picking up the cause of the intermittent connection from here.

 

Please can you confirm whether you have been through the troubleshooting checks and have tried connecting the router to the test socket, as per the previous responses from my colleagues?
