disconnect same time every day

Hi there,

long suffering user - router apparently disconnecting approx. same time every day (13:15). Too busy with life to do anything about it until now but, in hindsight, I've probably lost a considerable chunk of my life to manually reconnecting each day.

Very grateful for any advice

Sorry to hear you've been struggling with your connection dropping.

Line tests are showing a potential fault at the exchange, so I've got that reported through to our suppliers now for further investigation over the next few days. Let us know how it goes.
