could not connect to mysql database hosted on Cloud from my home network

Hi,

 

I am unable to connect to cloud hosted mysql database running on port "3306" from my Plusnet home wifi network.I can connect to it fine using my mobile data(O2). If this port is blocked on Plusnet, how can I unblock it. I never had this issue with my previous provider.

Could you please help.
