connection drops 1-4 times per day

hi there

 

im getting abit frustrated with the connection drops recently. ive not had this issue in the past with plusnet but its only started a few months ago. as a gamer i need a connection that is stable and doesnt drop at all. any chance of a line check please?

Our tests aren't showing any issues but we can see the connection is dropping.

I'd recommend raising a fault here so we can look into this.
