connection dropped

from about 1am i think to about 1.20am my intertnet was completey dead, i cant see anything in my area about work planned, is this anything to do with me moving to the new network? The past couple of months ive had a couple of these no internet.

Can someone upload a picture of my connection/disconnections for past 2-3 months if possible.

Unfortunately at the moment we can't use the images. However your line was connected for 14 days without a disconnect and then went down for 9 minutes overnight. I'm just checking if that was the order completing or not.

Nope, the order isn't due until the 13th April.

im not due to move over to the new network until next week, just strange why i had the drop.

Could have been exchange maintenance, wholesale network maintenance etc.
