connection drop 1-2 times / day

hello
for the past week or so my connection has been dropping once/twice almost everydays
phone line checked and looks ok
router in master socket
computer wired
router goes flashing orange ( just like when you restart it ) and after a few loggin attemps ( 2 or 3 ) connection is back
any check available?

all that already checked , no phone noise, master socket ,swapped micro filter , all wire correctly connected

I don't know if you will get a further reply from @adamwalker tonight. If you don't, report a fault at https://www.plus.net/apps/kbdfaults It takes a bit of your time and costs you nothing, but makes Plusnet aware of your issue, they have to look at it, and gets the issue into the queue for action.

thank you ,on this sunday my connection dropped again , twice in less than 2 hours ,maybe even less than an hour.
