New Action 21CN Modify Submitted added   What does this mean?

From: Unlimited (Contracted)
To: Unlimited Fibre
This change will take place on 2019-09-17 02:00:00 Not happened !!

An update report has been received for this account.
The broadband service is now being transferred to the 21C Network. 21C ?
The transfer will complete by midnight on 25/09/2019.  Why date changed and when will it now happen?

Hi there, 

I think that's evidence of some slightly confusing comms off the back of the scheduled upgrade. It's still set to go ahead on 24/9 so don't worry about that and sorry for any confusion!
