That is exactly what's happened Anotherone. Im annoyed that iam being told to lump it by plusnet when they know fine well what speeds i was getting from me signing up till last week. There is no congestion on my cabinet plusnet told me this who were told by BTO. My speeds are much better than a lot of people who would kill for my speeds but when there is no explanation why BT have changed my IP Profile from over 77Mbps to 66.78 Mbps all i want is for plusnet to ask why the massive reduction in IP Profile from last week.

Some webpages are just completely hanging and won't load
Currently on pcl-bng01 (lo0.12.central12.pcl-bng01.plus.net)
EDIT: Made a hop and ended up on ptn-bng02 (lo0.11.Central11.ptn-bng02.plus.net), Issues are completely gone and also just doing some tracerts to google and the hops have completely changed. Now it's showing only 5 hops and the last 2 are
ae1.pcl-cr01.plus.net
plusnet-lcy3.plus.net

At the moment I'm afraid I'm stumped.
How recently have you rebooted both the modem and router? These are nearly the "Last resort" things I do when trying to diagnose problems I have on my line. It's surprising how many can be solved by going down my mental list.
Edit - and some of my lists are really mental

From here it list my exchange for upgrades. But i've already made a fault ticket already. This morning my speed was back to normal, but towards night it got hit really hard, with my speed being nowhere even near my ip profile. Should i just wait for the upgrade or have openreach fix it.
I have the eci modem & g.inp but it always stayed within my ip profile.

Connected to 'something' in City Lifeline.
traceroute to www.linx.net (195.66.234.7), 30 hops max, 60 byte packets
1 192.168.0.1 (192.168.0.1) 0.260 ms 0.313 ms 0.306 ms
2 * * *
3 179.core.plus.net (195.166.130.179) 10.933 ms 10.923 ms 10.893 ms
4 irb.12.pcl-cr01.plus.net (84.93.249.113) 11.733 ms irb.12.pcl-cr02.plus.net (84.93.249.114) 11.139 ms 11.077 ms
The extra ~15Mb of performance returned by vectoring shows up the issues with peak throughput some more.
Again, perfectly usable nonetheless.

I have ticket #106977165 outstanding on which Im beginning to lose the will to live.
Two weeks ago and still at the used wired connection, check EU equipment, perform TAP1/TAP3 test stage
I'm seeing users move to other SP's and this issue disappearing. Plusnet must at least take some responsibility for this issue as its now been going on for >6 months.
I trust a certain ISP rep when he said in the other big thread that its not a capacity issue on the PN Host Links.. so if that means it is a BTw issue on the MSILs then why arent Plusnet informing us on whats going on and if there is any chance that this may be resolved.
As it stands atm it just looks like PN are burying their heads in the sand and hoping it will all go away. ... or perhaps even hope that those of us who do notice and whose connection it is impacting to the point whereby http/streaming becomes severely affected move to another ISP

You can see that anything I do such as http or streaming is being limited to anything between 20-30 Mbps.
Note how on the TBB speedtests, a single thread starts ok but soon drops off to 20 Mbps giving an average of 25Mbps.
Attached graph shows the spiking of between 20-30Mbps. The 2 earlier peaks are TBB speedtests showing that httpx6 will give me full speed.
Added another graph showing spiking between 15Mbps and an odd spike to 52Mbps - still averaging 25Mbps though
